A. BANCO NACIONAL DE COMERCIO EXTERIOR (BANCOMEXT)
Bancomext is the Federal Government's Institution in charge of promoting Mexican exports and foreign investment in Mexico, endowed with artificial personality and own patrimony. The specific objectives of BANCOMEXT are the following ones:
" To identify business opportunities for the production sector.
" To detect, to assist and to develop sectors with more competitiveness.
" To consolidate and to diversify the participation in the international markets of sectors and products that have achieved important advances in their exports.
" To promote the integration of medium and small companies to the export chain.
" To identify opportunity niches and to develop the external demand for Mexican products.
" To foment the realization of strategic alliances and to attract foreign and technological investment of vanguard.

B. BANCO DE MÉXICO
Its activities in foreign trade are:
" To foment the relationship of the Bank with international organisms, with other central banks and with organisms that contain these.

3. - ORGANISMS OF THE PRIVATE SECTOR

A. ASOCIACIÓN NACIONAL DE IMPORTADORES Y EXPORTADORES DE LA REPÚBLICA MEXICANA (ANIERM)
It is a non lucrative organism of the private sector and of voluntary affiliation, specialized in external trade that has struggled to elevate the prestige of the Mexican external trade from their foundation, supporting the exporter and importer
The ANIERM provides its associates the following basic services:
" Consultant ship: there are more than enough requirements and official dispositions related with the activity of the external trade.
" Documental administration of foreign trade.
" Institutional representation of affiliated companies before authorities, banks and decentralized organisms.
" Realization of specialized events and training courses.

B. COORDINADORA DE ORGANIZACIONES EMPRESARIALES DE COMERCIO EXTERIOR (COECE)
This organization foments the cooperation between the private and the public sector. The COECE was constituted with the following organizations:

4. - COMMISSION COMPETENT IN MATTER OF EXTERNAL TRADE

A. COMISIÓN PARA LA PROTECCIÓN DEL COMERCIO EXTERIOR DE MÉXICO (COMPROMEX)
It is a mechanism for the solution of the differences under the interpretation of the execution and reaches of the clauses and conditions that the parts have settled down in their purchase contracts of international sale.
The Commission formulates observations for the protection of the external trade of Mexico against those practices contrary to the commercial ethics that might carry out foreign companies.
The advantages for the importer or Mexican exporter of using this organism of solution of controversies are, among others, those of not having to pay costs, that is to say there are no cost for the intervention of the Commission.

B. COMISIÓN MIXTA PARA LA PROMOCIÓN DE LAS EXPORTACIONES (COMPEX)
It supports the Federal Executive analyzing, evaluating, proposing and concerting actions among the public and the private sector regarding exports of goods and services. Their main functions are the following ones:
" To design and to implement political, limits, mechanisms and approaches for the promotion of the exports of goods and services.
" To design and to implement mechanisms that guarantee the coordination of the actions of the dependences and entities of the Federal Public Administration regarding the promotion of exports.
" Coordination of political and actions guided to the promotion of the exports of goods and services, as well as the strategies and actions that will be coordination object with the governments of the federative entities.
" To formulate and to settle down political and agreement actions with the representations of the private sector for the promotion of the external trade.
" The specialized groups that it considers to settle down convenient for the expedite resolution of the matters related with the promotion of exports.
" To participate actively in the reformation or adaptation of the normatively related with the activity exporter.
" To foment the culture exporter.
